Classic Italian bruschetta, marinated chopped tomatoes, red onions, fresh basil extra virgin olive oil & balsamic glaze.

Pate dela Casa

Homemade chicken liver pate, toasted ciabatta mixed leaf & fruit chutney.

Fungi all Aglio (v)

Mushrooms in garlic, white wine & cream, served with cheese Crostini bread.

Polpette di Pesce

Homemade fish cakes (fresh salmon, smoked salmon & haddock), mixed leaf & sweet chili sauce.

Polpette di Manzo

Italian style meatballs, baked in the oven with tomato sauce & mozzarella gratin.

Corn-fed chicken breast with garlic, onions & roast peppers, blended in tomato & white wine sauce, served with crushed potatoes.

 

Salmone alla Grigila

Grilled salmon fillet served on a bed of mixed leaf salad with balsamic dressing.
